1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and amt88 ("Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the amt88.net website and all services provided on it.

By clicking the registration button, logging in to your account, making a deposit or using any feature of the amt88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by this Agreement. This acceptance takes effect immediately and continues for as long as your account is active.

Each user is only permitted to hold one account at amt88. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using the same or different information, are strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts and the funds held in them being frozen.

This includes your full name, identity card number (MyKad), mobile phone number, email and payment account details. amt88 reserves the right to carry out an identity verification process (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

As an example of how this works: a deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM200, bringing the account balance to RM300, with a wagering requirement of RM200 × 20 = RM4,000 before withdrawal. For a deposit of RM1,600, the bonus given is RM1,500 (the maximum), the account balance is RM3,100, with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000.

Any attempt to abuse promotions, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses, systematically using low-risk betting techniques to meet wagering requirements, or coordination between multiple accounts, will result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

6. Prohibited Conduct

amt88 users must comply with fair and lawful use standards at all times. The following actions are strictly prohibited on this platform:

• Systematically colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or deceive the system.
• Exploiting software errors or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using unauthorised payment methods, illegally obtained funds, or assisting in any money laundering activity.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location for the purpose of bypassing geographical restrictions.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.

7. Limitation of Liability

The amt88 platform is provided "as is". While we work to ensure continuous and stable service availability, amt88 does not guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from interruptions, technical errors or maintenance downtime.

amt88 will not be liable for losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions or system failures that are beyond our reasonable control.
• Betting decisions made based on a misunderstanding of game terms or odds.
• Losses resulting from a user's failure to maintain account security.
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive losses, regardless of their cause.

amt88's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

You are free to close your amt88 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, any eligible balance will be returned to you once all active wagering requirements have been met.
